We Train Here provides Gym & Cardio Classes for a fun and engaging physical workout. Ranging From Zumba, Brazilian Jujitsu, circuit training and our most popular Adult Cardio combat class. We will work tirelessly to ensure we find the perfect class to fit your exercise needs and help you meet your Personal fitness goals. All of our gym classes can be taken on a per classes bases with no contract or membership needed for as low as 10 dollars a class, Guests can also purchase Memberships or class packages for further discounts. Offered in both a Beginners and Advanced Version this class is geared Toured older teens and adults ages 15 and up our cardio combat class combines the fighting techniques and form of the We Train Here core martial arts program with an intense cardio and active movement workout. Punching, kicking, and real world self-defense with the added high-energy workout for those who want the results of a self-defense class and an gym style workout all in one. This class does not focus on belts or martial arts promotion rather simply all the skills you need to survive a confrontation. Offered in a High and Low impact version the zumba workout is a cardio fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of dance and performed primarily to dance music. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. The class has started the dance-fitness revolution and changed the way we look at a workout. Offered only to those with prior BJJ experience. Brazilian Jujitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves or another against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent. Sparring (commonly referred to as “rolling” within the BJJ community) and live drilling play a major role in training, a great practical, cardio and core workout you wont soon forget.
